When you place an order with us, we require your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and credit card details. We are committed to handling this information with care. However, by providing us with these details, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any misuse resulting from transmission errors, viruses, or malware.
Once you submit an order, it cannot be canceled, even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending. We aim to ship your ordered product(s) within 48 hours of receiving your order on a regular business day. Ownership of the goods transfers to you when you sign for the delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel via our third-party logistics provider. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you once the goods are dispatched.
Payments

Order cancellation due to error
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate descriptive information or imagery due to an error or oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In such cases, we will promptly refund the full amount charged to your nominated bank account.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hadia. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 16 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
The product(s) must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note that monogrammed items and limited edition collections are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
-Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items Policy
Items priced at AUD 5.00 or less are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy applies to all items within this price range, regardless of condition or reason for return.
This policy is in place due to the low cost of these items and the associated administrative and processing expenses involved in handling returns and refunds. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before finalising transactions for items priced at AUD 5.00 or less.
Returns will be issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or an instant refund to your bank account. Please note that shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you are responsible for the item until it is delivered and inspected. You can purchase a return label directly from us, with the cost being deducted from your refund.
